Welcome
Welcome to Laura Wynn Yoga

Pregnancy, postpartum, and motherhood can leave you feeling like a stranger in your own body — unsure where the old you went, and craving space to just breathe. I know that feeling, because I’ve been there too.

Here, we move differently. My classes are designed for real mums — tired, tender, and trying to find their footing again. Through gentle movement, breath, and community, you’ll start to reconnect with your body, your confidence, and that quiet voice of intuition that never truly left you.

Imagine leaving class feeling grounded instead of guilty, strong instead of “snapped back,” and surrounded by women who actually get it. That’s what we create together here — one breath, one class, one conversation at a time.
If you’re ready to feel at home in yourself again, I’d love for you to join us.

ABOUT
Laura Wynn Yoga

My journey to becoming a yoga teacher for pregnancy, postnatal, and motherhood wasn’t a straight line. It grew from my own lived experiences — from feeling unseen, unheard, and overwhelmed, to discovering the healing power of movement, breath, and connection.

My three pregnancies and births were all very different, but they shared one common thread: I often felt out of control in a system that didn’t always listen. I experienced fear, anxiety, trauma, and moments where I doubted myself entirely. And yet, through it all, I also found strength, resilience, and deep intuition that I didn’t know I had.

Postnatally, I faced loneliness, exhaustion, and mental health challenges that left me feeling like I’d lost myself. Breastfeeding, sleep deprivation, grief, and the weight of responsibility all blurred into one. But it was through these moments — and the compassion I eventually learned to offer myself — that I began my healing journey. it’s a journey I am still on and will continue to share with you all.

Laura Wynn Yoga was born from that healing. it’s a journey I am still on and will continue to share with you all.
ABOUT
Laura Wynn Yoga
One thing I’ve learned is you don't have to lose yourself to become a mother.
Remember when you used to know what your body needed? When you trusted your gut without second-guessing everything?
Pregnancy, birth, and early motherhood have a way of disconnecting us from that inner knowing. You're nodding along to advice that doesn't feel right, sitting through appointments where you leave with more questions than answers, carrying a mental load so heavy you can't remember the last time your mind felt quiet.
You're doing everything you're "supposed to" but still feeling like something's off. Your body doesn't feel like yours anymore. Everyone keeps telling you what you need, but nobody's actually asking.
Here's what I know: You haven't lost your intuition. It's just buried under everyone else's opinions.
I help mothers reconnect with their bodies, reclaim their confidence, and remember they're allowed to take up space — through yoga that actually understands what you're going through.
Not the "bounce back" kind. Not the Instagram-perfect kind. The kind that meets you exactly where you are: tired, tender, and trying to figure out who you are now.
Because I've been the mum who couldn't recognise herself in the mirror. I've felt my throat tighten with unspoken words in appointments where nobody had time to actually listen. I've experienced what it's like when your body does something incredible and traumatic at the same time — and nobody prepared you for holding both those truths at once.
What I learned: movement and breath can bring you back to yourself. Community can remind you you're not alone. And trusting your body again? That changes everything.
In my classes and community, you'll find other mums who get it. You'll move in ways that feel good (not punishing). You'll remember that your body isn't broken — it's remarkable. And you'll start trusting yourself again, one breath at a time.
Six months from now, you're not second-guessing every decision. You're saying no to things that don't serve you without explaining yourself. You're making choices because they feel right in *your* body, not because someone told you to. You're at home in yourself again.
That's what I'm here for.
If any of this resonates — if you’re ready to feel more at home in your body and supported in your journey — I’d love to welcome you in.
