Welcome

Pregnancy and becoming a mum change you not just physically, but mentally, emotionallyand relationally. It’s an exciting time, but it can also bring a lot of uncertainty.

You may currently be asking:

‘How can I feel fully prepared for birth in a way that will actually support me when things feel intense?’,
‘How can I support my body through pregnancy, so that I can ease my aches and pains’,
‘How can I feel confident making decisions so that my birth plan doesn’t derail?’.

‘How can I recover from birth gently so that I don’t make things worse?’.

This is where the right support makes a real difference.

Through personalised doula care, antenatal education and pregnancy, and postnatal yoga, I support women to move through pregnancy, birth and early motherhood feeling informed, steady and supported so that instead of feeling like you’re figuring everything out alone, you have:

• Clear, evidence-based information

• Practical tools to support your body through pregnancy and birth

• Space to talk things through and ask questions

• A supportive community of women walking a similar path

Some families work with me 1:1 as their doula, receiving continuous support through pregnancy, birth and the early weeks with their baby.

Others first find me through pregnancy or postnatal yoga classes, building confidence in their body and connecting with other mums.

However you arrive here, my aim will always be:

To help you feel informed, confident and supported as you step into motherhood so that you never feel alone.

ABOUT LAURA

My journey into this work began with becoming a mum.

I have three boys, and each pregnancy and birth experience shaped how I understand this transition today.

There were moments where I felt strong and instinctive.

But there were also moments where I simply wished I had more space to ask questions, understand my options and feel supported as everything changed around me.

Becoming a mum brought the things many women quietly experience like sleep deprivation, feeding challenges, Identity shifts and the realisation that this transition deserves far more care and support than most of us expect or receive.

My training to become a doula, yoga teacher and antenatal educator, helped me on the road to healing from my experiences and I now feel deeply passionate about bringing this support to my local community so that mums can avoid similar experiences to mine.

Today I support women through:

Doula Support
Continuous, personalised care through pregnancy, birth and early postpartum — helping you prepare for birth, navigate decisions so that you feel confident and feel supported once your baby arrives.

Pregnancy & Postnatal Yoga
Movement and breathwork designed specifically for the changing body, helping you stay comfortable in pregnancy and recover gently after birth while connecting with other mums.

For many families, yoga classes become the beginning of a longer relationship — with some choosing to continue their journey with 1:1 doula support through birth.

A Different Kind of Support

Pregnancy, birth and the early weeks with a baby are some of the most significant transitions in a woman’s life.

Having the right support during this time can change how you experience it.

Women I work with often tell me they feel:

• More confident asking questions in appointments
• Better prepared for birth and the decisions that may arise
• More comfortable in their pregnant and postpartum body
• Reassured knowing they have someone to talk things through with
• Less alone in the early weeks of motherhood

Not because everything is perfect.

But because they feel informed, supported and steady in themselves.

If that’s the kind of support you’re looking for, I’d love to welcome you.
