You’ll learn how to navigate birth as a team.

Imagine:

  • Feeling calm and grounded as contractions build

  • Knowing the exact positions that help create space in your pelvis

  • Your partner being your steady anchor — massaging, holding, supporting

  • Understanding baby’s rotation and how to help them move down through your pelvis

  • Feeling less fear and more trust in your body, moving instinctively

  • Having tools to handle each phase of labour

This is birth prep that actually prepares you.

Biomechanics for Birth

Learn how alignment, movement and gravity help labour progress —
so that you can reduce stalls in labour, improve comfort and encourage optimal positioning.

Rebozo Techniques

Gentle sifting, hip release, sacral support, so that tension reduces, baby has more space, and contractions feel more manageable.

Birth Partner Skills

They'll learn hands-on techniques, when to use them, and how to support you emotionally to enable them to feel confident, not helpless and you feel held, not alone.

Yoga + Movement for Each Stage

Learn positions, flows and micro-movements specific to early labour, active labour, and transition so you know exactly what to do at each stage and move instinctively.

Breathing Techniques

Learn simple, effective breathwork for intensity, expansion and rest to help you stay calm and more in control of your experience.

Evidence-Based Birth Education

Clear, accessible insights into how labour unfolds, so your choices feel informed and aligned with your values.

You'll receive a recording of our session, printable handouts explaining birth positions, breathing guides, so you leave with real tools you’ll actually use.
