These classes help you to move your pregnant body with confidence, prepare for birth so that you are connected to your intuition and your changing body so that you can enjoy this experience. 

Pregnancy is a season of constant change.

Your body shifts, your energy fluctuates, your mind starts thinking about birth in ways it never has before.

Pregnancy yoga isn’t just about stretching, although that is amazing. 

It’s about learning how to move your body as it grows and changes so that you can feel fully prepared and gently ease yourself into motherhood.

This Class Is For You If:

 

Your body feels tighter or more uncomfortable as pregnancy progresses

You want to stay active in a safe, supportive way

You’re beginning to think about labour and want practical tools

You’d like space to slow down and breathe

You want to meet other mums to be in the same season

Whether this is your first baby or your fourth, this class meets you exactly where you are so you feel heard and seen through your experience.

What We Focus On

 

Strength & Stability
Build functional strength to support your changing body — especially your back, hips, and pelvic floor — so you feel steadier as pregnancy progresses.

Mobility for Birth
Explore positions and movements that support optimal baby positioning and can be used during labour.

Breath for Labour
Learn practical breathing techniques that help regulate your nervous system, manage intensity, and build confidence in your body’s ability to birth.

Deep Rest
Pregnancy can be physically and emotionally demanding. Each class includes time to truly rest — not just collapse, but restore your whole body so you can feel energised. 

 

Community
A warm, welcoming group of mums to be walking through pregnancy alongside you so that you don’t navigate this transisiton alone. 

 

Suitable From 15 Weeks

If you’re new to yoga, you can join from 15 weeks onwards.
If you already practise regularly, you’re welcome to begin earlier — just get in touch first.

Every session is adaptable.
You don’t need to be flexible.
You don’t need experience.
You are welcome just as you are.

Birth Trauma Release 1:1

These are very powerful one to one sessions for releasing trauma from any pregnancy, birth or life experiences you may have had or it can help remove any unwanted fears about birthing in the future.

 

These sessions can also work with any anxiety and overwhelm, intrusive thoughts, panics, phobias or fears. 

 

If you experience any of this or feel at a loss, sad, shocked, experience flash backs, have difficulty relaxing or sleeping, low mood, anxiety or depression, then going through the 3 Step Process is for you. 

This can be done online or 1-1 at your home.
