A space for recovery, reconnection, and real support so that you feel confident in your body and your baby whilst navigating early motherhood. 

You’ve done something extraordinary.

And now you’re navigating one of the biggest transitions of your life.

Postnatal Yoga isn’t about “getting your body back.”
It’s about understanding your body now.
It’s about rebuilding strength gently, regulating your nervous system, and being supported while you do it.

This is not a generic mum & baby class.

This is a guided transition into motherhood.

This space is for you if:

Physical Recovery
Gentle, intelligent postnatal movement to rebuild core and pelvic floor strength from the inside out — without pressure, shame, or intensity.

Nervous System Support
Breathwork and restorative practices to reduce overwhelm, anxiety, and that constant feeling of being “on.”

Understanding Matrescence
Why this identity shift feels so big — and how to move through it with more compassion and confidence.

Community
A consistent group of mums walking through the same season — no pretending, no comparison.

Your baby is fully welcome and included.
Their feeds, naps, and tears are normal and all is welcome.
Please come exactly as you are.

Birth Trauma Release 1:1

These are very powerful one to one sessions for releasing trauma from any pregnancy, birth or life experiences you may have had or it can help remove any unwanted fears about birthing in the future.

 

These sessions can also work with any anxiety and overwhelm, intrusive thoughts, panics, phobias or fears. 

 

If you experience any of this or feel at a loss, sad, shocked, experience flash backs, have difficulty relaxing or sleeping, low mood, anxiety or depression, then going through the 3 Step Process is for you. 

This can be done online or 1-1 at your home.
